Honey is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She is a happy girl and loves people. She was rescued in April 2022 with her litter of babies. Honey has been waiting patiently for someone to fall in love with her. Since we are at capacity, she is still in our quarantine kennels and has not been able to move to the main population. Unfortunately, she’s in a kennel where she doesn’t get to interact with any of the dogs. She desperately wants a friend, but most importantly, she wants a human to love. She gets so excited when she sees people. Please consider giving Honey a forever home. She is spayed, current with vaccines, and is heartworm negative. She also recently had a dental cleaning. Her adoption fee is $150.

There are a few ways you can adopt a Yaqui pet. First, you can visit the ranch to see our beautiful pets in person. If you aren’t local and/or can’t visit, you can follow our daily updates on our social media sites and our website. When you see the pet of your dreams, call us, e-mail us, message us, or even send a smoke signal! Our top priority is finding a great home for our rescues.
After you choose your pet, we will ask you to fill out an adoption application with your basic contact information. Once approved, you will sign an adoption contract. We will also conduct a home visit to ensure that our rescues are placed in a safe environment. Once you’ve passed the home visit, your furever friend is yours! You can live an long and happy life together!
There’s a lot to think about when choosing the right pet. Here are things we recommend you consider before adopting:
Commitment – How much time do you have? Some pets require more time and energy that others. Some animals need exercise a few times a day, with other are happy relaxing in the house.
Temperament – Some pets are high-energy, and some are more chill. What kind of personality are you looking for in a pet?
Expenses – Animals have basic needs like humans do. Do you have the funds to provide food, water, proper shelter, and medical care?
Pets from rescues are just as, if not more, healthy than pet-store animals. All of our pets are fully-vetted, spayed/neutered, and micro-chipped. Most of our dogs are socialized, potty-trained, and understand how to walk on a leash. Our cats are socialized with other cats, and interact with humans everyday.
