Long story short, Junior looks like a brand new dog now and is looking for a home to call his own. He is current with vaccines and neutered He is heartworm + but is being treated. Yaqui Animal Rescue will cover future HW treatments. He does well with other dogs. 🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺 Adoption fee is $150.

How to pick the right one

There’s a lot to think about when choosing the right pet. Here are things we recommend you consider before adopting:

Commitment – How much time do you have? Some pets require more time and energy that others. Some animals need exercise a few times a day, with other are happy relaxing in the house.

Temperament – Some pets are high-energy, and some are more chill. What kind of personality are you looking for in a pet?

Expenses – Animals have basic needs like humans do. Do you have the funds to provide food, water, proper shelter, and medical care?

Are the rescues healthy?

Pets from rescues are just as, if not more, healthy than pet-store animals. All of our pets are fully-vetted, spayed/neutered, and micro-chipped. Most of our dogs are socialized, potty-trained, and understand how to walk on a leash. Our cats are socialized with other cats, and interact with humans everyday.
